"I've always considered myself "in decent shape" but it wasn't until I joined the Five Star Fitness boot camp that I was able to finally find a way to work out on a consistent weekly basis. The camaraderie of the group actually makes it easy to be there at 5:45am and Kali is a genius at being able to change each workout enough so that it never becomes routine. I'll be 40 next year and I know I've never been stronger, more flexible or more in tune with my body."
